So we don’t want Zardari anymore. He should resign on moral grounds is the hype of the day and he should better go directly to Attock Jail after resigning as the Supreme Court held NRO to be null and void. According to popular media specifically a group of learned journalists believe and implicate that it’s in the best interest of the nation if he resigns considering the moral and ethical principles of objectivity and independence. But unfortunately the constitution provides a relief to President during his tenure.
I find it funny because we said Mushurruf is the constitution slayer, yet we are reluctant to follow this constitution. Why? Because it provides a relief to an elected President not by some dictator oriented amendment but by the 1973’s Legislature. I think we are treating Constitution similar to the treatment we prevailed with Allah, Islam and Quran. We only follow them in accordance with our own agenda and vested interests. The treatment solely depends on our likes and dislikes, our issues, our reasons and most importantly the benefits associated.
If the constitution provides him relief, we should acknowledge it. And I agree that we should bring him under trial once he is out of office. But we as a nation should respect and adhere to the constitution without any prejudice and follow it without trespassing it.
Such a move against President will yield very negative future outcomes which I will discuss later.
Valery Rozov, a 44 year old Russian showed his support for our country during this rough time by attempting a successful base jump from MCB Tower (116 meters), Karachi.
Such an act of solidarity is highly appreciated…

Met Retarded Buddy at GIKI, Tarbela.

No wonder they did so poorly at WWII, if it not be US then they can’t claim the victory due to their tendency to boost about after having a case of beer. So they did this in modern times by revealing the true identity of tamed racing driver “The Stig”. I know its not a secret which Germans may use to their benefit but nonetheless I love secrets, as a BBC Top Gear follower, I simply love the way Jeremy used to introduce him, “Some say he’s a CIA experiment gone wrong, and that his blood smells of Root Beer. All we know is, he’s called The Stig.”
But in last week’s episode of Top Gear (Season 13; episode 1), Jeremy Clarkson unmasked The Stig, and surprisingly all they said about him in recent past proved true as he is Michael Schumacher.
Schumi took a test drive of Ferrari FXX round their track and posted a lap time of 1:10 sec which is faster then the preceding fastest lap of 1:17 by a Gumpert Apollo. He proved that he can drive anything literally anything faster then anyone on Planet Earth. Sometime back I read somewhere that according to Schumi “Winning is his habit” and no wonder it will take a lot of time and patience by the F1 chaps to beat him up. Seven time world champion entertained us once more by his stunt as The Stig in the likes of his time at F1…
I am confused again, feeling kind of aggrieved with myself. Its all due to same old confusion. Really want to do loads of stuff but managed to do none of what I planned so far. You call it disappointment but I guess I don’t know myself where I am heading towards. There is so much work pending, people whom I should meet etc etc…
I should better get things straight or time is a cruel mistress…
We won. We make the scientists realize that cricket is played neither by taking pride in logic nor by employing it rather by just playing cricket from pure heart. Nobody, I guess nobody had a slightest clue at the start of ICC T20 that we will make our way to the finals, in the presence of South Africa, India, England, Australia and New Zealand we had very little or no chance.
But the question remains How do we managed to get this far? Its just by believing in ourselves and by playing cricket the way we play. Playing cricket the Pakistani way, which includes poor fielding, cursing fellow players on the field, group hugs, batting collapse, sheer believe on random batting order, considering extras as a good luck charm and most importantly playing cricket as its supposed to be played with pure heart. We play cricket with ‘Tashan’ and ‘Bharam’ that have a distinctive flair attached to it. Pakistan had little cricket in last couple of years even less then that of Bangladesh, almost everyone was out of form
We consider our captain the most incompetent person during a match, we give him suggestions, ridicule him for a change in bowling order and praise him like a Greek hero if incase we win a match which is kind of unique in its own way. Given we lost a game, everyone takes an oath to never cheer for the team with a mouthful of desi slangs.
People call it pure luck that Pakistan secured a spot in the finals. But I think isn’t it the luck which we require most as a nation and as a nation we always believe on miracles. We never did anything we planned rather did everything which we didn’t planned for. We need luck just one more time and we will have a moment to cheer for next decade or so.
Bring this cup to Gaddafi Stadium, this is my Pakistani Dream…
